Hillary E. Clark

Hillary E. Clark, a member of the firm's Employment Law and Commercial Litigation practice groups, represents clients before local, state and federal agencies and in state and federal courts. She also assists clients in establishing state-of-the-art employment policies and practices and handling day-to-day employment law issues faced by employers.

Ms. Clark is a member of the Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association. Among her pro bono activities is her work with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer's Service where she prepares income tax returns as part of their Income Tax Clinic during tax time.

After graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware in 1999, Ms. Clark received her J.D. from American University's Washington College of Law in 2002. During law school, she served on the Editorial Board of the school's International Law Review and represented needy clients in the Civil Practice Clinic.

Ms. Clark is a member of the Maryland Bar and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
