Kevin K. D’Anna is a member of the firm’s
Employee Benefits,
Retirement Plans,
Business/Commercial Transactions and
Tax practice groups, with a focus on
Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). His practice includes the design and
maintenance of employee benefit and retirement plans, business planning and
formation and handling transactional and tax matters for businesses and
organizations. He is a member of the ESOP Association.
While in law school, Mr. D’Anna worked for
the firm as a legal assistant and law clerk.
He earned his B.A from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D.
from Catholic University, both with honors. He is licensed to
practice in Maryland.
