Tracey L. Perrick is a member of the firm's
Litigation,
Family Law and
Appellate Practice groups. Her work in the commercial litigation area includes a wide range of contractual disputes while her domestic litigation practice finds her handling divorce, custody and financial issues. She also represents commercial entities and individual clients at both the trial level and on appeal.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Perrick clerked for the Honorable Patrick L. Woodward on the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. She is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Montgomery County Women’s Bar Association, the Montgomery County Inn of Court and the Maryland State Bar Association.
Ms. Perrick earned her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Maryland before receiving her J.D.--also magna cum laude--from The University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, she served as a Production Editor on the Law Review and published an article entitled Crawford v. Washington: Redefining Sixth Amendment Jurisprudence; the Impact Across the United States and Maryland, 35 U. Balt. L. Rev. 133 (2005). She is a member of the Maryland Bar.
