Dedication and attention to detail are key elements of Kevin D’Anna’s success as an up-and-comer in the firm. As a member of the firm’s Business & Commerical Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate practice groups, he has proven himself to be an asset in each of these areas. Kevin focuses his practice on the formation, operation and governance of for-profit and non-profit entities, including business controversy resolutions, the negotiation of employment relationships and separations, executive compensation, tax exempt qualifications, and structuring and implementing corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Kevin also spends a significant portion of his time practicing within Presidential Title, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Paley Rothman, and has experience in title insurance, underwriting issues and negotiating, preparing and recording all manner of real property related instruments. Presidential Title, one of the area’s leading full-service title companies, handles commercial and residential real estate settlements in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, and serves as an agent for some of the largest title insurance underwriters in the country.
While in law school, Kevin worked for the firm as a legal assistant and law clerk. He earned his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, both with honors. Kevin is licensed to practice in Maryland.
