Mark B. Bartram, a member of the Estate Planning and Estate/Trust Administration practice groups, counsels clients across a broad spectrum of estate-related matters. He prepares estate planning documents that range from basic wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives to sophisticated Trust Agreements and plans involving business succession.

After graduating from the University of Vermont and prior to attending law school, Mr. Bartram served in the United States Coast Guard. He later worked as the Systems Administrator for U.S. Senator James M. Jeffords of Vermont and for Aspen Systems (now Lockheed Martin) as a Systems Analyst for the Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation.

Mr. Bartram earned his J.D. at Vermont Law School and is admitted to practice in Maryland and South Carolina. He is the co-author of Maryland Estate Planning Probate Laws Annotated, published by Thomson Reuters/West Publishing.
