Full-Time Receptionist

  • March 25, 2019
  • Employment: Full-time

Paley Rothman is seeking a full-time receptionist to handle its active front office. Job duties will include greeting clients and visitors, answering inquiries about the company and services, coordinating meetings, conference room scheduling and other general administrative tasks. They must have a positive attitude, possess excellent customer service skills, be team players, have the ability to multitask and think on their feet, and work well with minimal supervision. Previous reception experience is a plus.
