International Mystery - Unlocking the Secrets to Tax Efficient Trust Structures for Non-U.S. Persons

This panel explored, through some illustrative fact patterns/case studies, various trust structures to accommodate inbound wealth transfers by foreign persons with the objective of minimizing impact of U.S. wealth transfer and income taxes, as well as incorporating certain favorable features of local trust law.
