Paul Marcotte was a featured speaker at a Mid-Atlantic Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners presentation on October 20, 2015. The presentation covered new IRS guidance on IRC Section 2801 succession tax on gifts and bequests from covered expatriates.
Paul participated the round table discussion of the succession tax, along with Ellen Harrison, Michael Pfeifer and Marianne Kayan. Paul is Chair of the firm’s Tax practice, and a member of its Corporate, Estate Planning and Estate & Trust Administration practice groups.
