Eva Juncker presented at the 35th Annual Advanced Family Law Seminar on April 11.
The talk was part of a larger conference at VirginiaCLE that offers discussions and seminars covering different areas of family law.
A summary of the Eva's talk: The new changes to Sections 20-107.1 and 20-109 of the Code mean that reaching retirement age can be a material change of circumstances supporting a modification of a prior spousal support award. This session will provide quick tips for practicing under the new statutory regime.
