Art House Named a Fellow of the American College of e-Neutrals

Art House, Science & Technology and ADR Chair

The American College of e-Neutrals (ACESIN) has named Art House, who chairs Paley Rothman’s Science & Technology and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice groups, as a Fellow of the College. The American College of e-Neutrals is dedicated to the education, training, credentials, and use of e-Neutrals. E-Neutrals are third party referees—mediators, arbitrators, masters, judges, liaisons and magistrates—committed to resolving disputes arising from electronically stored information (ESI). ACESIN Fellows are the country's leading group of e-Neutrals qualified to conduct "e-Mediations" and other extra-judicial forums. ACESIN Fellows have met the highest standards of knowledge, training and experience in both dispute resolution and e-discovery as determined by ACESIN's Advisory Board. ACESIN Fellows assist litigants and the courts in resolving e-discovery disputes in an efficient and effective manner through the use of e-Mediations or court appointments.
