James R. Hammerschmidt was recently named Deputy Chair of the Federal Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section Board of Governors. He will work with members of other standing committees to address issues in labor/labor relations law as well as various aspects of employment law. Mr. Hammerschmidt, a member of Paley Rothman’s Litigation, Appellate, Employment Law and Family Law practice groups, has served on the FBA board since 2004.
