Paul G. Marcotte Jr., co-chair of the firm’s Tax group, was officially chosen Chair-Elect of the Maryland State Bar Association’s (MSBA) Taxation Section, also at the recent MSBA Annual Meeting.  Mr. Marcotte previously served as the Secretary/Treasurer for the section.  His Chair-Elect duties will include assisting the Chair in presiding over meetings, reporting the section’s progress to the MSBA and helping to manage the section and its committees.
