Tracey Coates and Carlos Lastra appeared as guests on the WJLA morning show Good Morning Washington, on December 17, 2019.

The holidays can be a stressful time, especially if you are going through a divorce or separation. Tracey and Carlos gave viewers tips on how best to deal with those stresses, including working out the custody calendars and agreements well in advance, and keeping the focus on the children. Tracey Coates and Carlos Lastra are Co-Chairs of the firm's Family Law practice.
