Webinar: The Intersection of Insurance Coverage and Climate Change Litigation: How the Nature and Cause of Alleged Harm will Inform the Coverage Debate

Robert Shulman and Cristen Rose of Paley Rothman discussed application of insurance principles and coverage theories to novel and evolving claims, using climate change litigation as an example.  Issues such as efficient proximate cause, fortuity and where ADR fits into the equation were discussed.
