Women’s History Profile - Trish Weaver
In celebration of Women’s History Month, Paley Rothman is pleased to highlight some of our amazing female employees.
According to the American Bar Association, women made up only 4 percent of the legal profession in 1970, and we are really proud that Paley Rothman encourages and supports women in the workforce.
This is Trish Weaver, Chair of the firm’s Appellate and Professional Ethics & Discipline practices, and Co-Chair of our Litigation group. As Chair of the Appellate group, Trish led the firm to a National Tier 1 ranking in U.S. News-Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” rankings, making us one of only a handful of Maryland firms to earn a National Tier 1 ranking. She has also been recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” by Best Lawyers for Appellate and Commercial Litigation since 2016, and a Maryland and D.C. Super Lawyer since 2014.
