Glenn is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Family Law practice groups. Art’s presentation, “Why the Standard Arbitration Clause Doesn’t Work and What To Do About It,” examined how costs and outcomes of arbitration may be influenced by customizing the standard arbitration provision most often found in contracts. He offered specific examples of customized dispute resolution provisions that control discovery, application of law and arbitrator authority to shape the arbitration process. Art is a member of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate, and Science & Technology practice groups.
