Paley Rothman Launches Estate Planning Webcast

Paley Rothman launches “2014 Legislative Changes for Estate Tax Law” webcast, the first in its Estate Planning Webcast series scheduled to run throughout 2015 to provide insight on making informed decisions on issues that can impact long-term estate and financial security.

With recent federal and state estate laws undergoing significant changes, Jeffrey Kolender, Chair of the firm’s Estate Planning and Estate & Trust Administration practice groups, leads a discussion with Paley Rothman attorney Michelle Chapin and former associate Allison Lee, addressing the recent legislation and planning opportunities available under the new laws. An overview of the webcast can be found on our blog. Future webcasts will address such topics as, Elder Abuse; Asset Protection & Estate Planning; Estate Planning for Non-U.S. Citizens; and Estate Planning with Retirement Assets.
