“I strive to instill confidence in my clients by understanding the broader picture surrounding the complex transactions on which we work.”
Courtenay Sullivan is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate practice groups. Her diligence and responsiveness to her clients allows her to gain their trust, while focusing on their business objectives. Courtenay uses her previous work experience, creativity and attention to detail to propose cost-effective strategies to complicated transactions. She looks forward to gaining even more experience with Paley Rothman’s award-winning practice groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Courtenay was a Summer Associate at Brown Rudnick LLP, where she prepared initial drafts of formation documents for several LLCs, worked on the divestiture of a television broadcasting affiliate (including drafting disclosure schedules), and performed extensive research on a variety of corporate legal issues. She also interned at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where she participated in an investment training program that included review of investment suitability and disclosure requirements, corporate capitalization, and investment securities.
When she’s not practicing law, Courtenay (a self-proclaimed dog lover) spends her time goofing around with her English Mastiff, Sven.
