How is the Market Currently Addressing These Party/User Needs and Expectations?

Trish Weaver spoke at the Shaping the Future of Dispute Resolution & Improving Access to Justice conference on June 8, 2017 on whether the market is addressing expectations.

Trish, who is chair of the firm's Appellate practice group and a member of the firm's Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Corporate practices, was part of a panel titled: "How is the Market Currently Addressing These Party/User Needs and Expectation?" This conference was part of the Global Pound Conference Series Mid-Atlantic and was held at the Center of Dispute Resolution at the University of Maryland King Carey School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland. The globally consistent program, entitled Shaping the Future of Dispute Resolution and Improving Access to Justice, brought together business executives, lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, judges, educators, and policy makers to take a pulse on the current state of dispute resolution and help shape its future.  The unique format for the GPC involved local participants using technology to respond to a universal set of questions and panelists discussing these responses, rather than presenting prepared remarks.
