David Shapiro and Jim Hammerschmidt presented a webinar through the Montgomery County Medical Society on Coronavirus-related Employment Law questions on Monday, March 23, 2020.
In today’s rapidly changing social and legal environment, healthcare providers, in particular, are facing a number of complicated and difficult decisions about their businesses and, in particular, their employees. Attendees received a short legal update and Q&A with David Shapiro and Jim Hammerschmidt. Jim and David have years of experience working with healthcare practices and providers, and employers in general, and provided a brief summary of new and existing laws impacting Montgomery County-based employers as we all try to navigate this new world dealing with COVID-19-related laws and business issues.
