Eva Juncker was recently a guest on Debbie Miller’s podcast, Move or Improve with Debbie “LGBTQ Retirees Legal Issues.” She spoke about legal issues that LGBTQ retirees face, with regard to employment, estate planning, and recognition of marriage and family. Eva discusses the importance of a comprehensive estate plan for everyone, but especially LGBTQ individuals, specifically medical powers of attorney, durable financial powers of attorney, and advanced medical directives. She also gives listeners concrete steps to take to protect themselves as they age.
