On Thursday, November 3, Michelle Chapin participated in a talk at the International Monetary Fund entitled “Tax and Estate Planning Seminar for G-4 Visa Holders.”
Michelle discussed estate tax planning, including issues related to probate, non-probate transfers, estate planning documents, and estate and gift tax rates and exemptions for citizens, residents and nonresidents.
Michelle is member of the firm's Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration, Tax and Corporate practice groups.
