Arthur Blitz Reappointed to Serve on Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission’s Peer Review Committee

Arthur Blitz (former Principal), chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Financial Service practice groups, has been reappointed to serve another two-year term on the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission’s Peer Review Committee.
The group oversees the conduct of both Maryland lawyers - and nonmembers of the Maryland Bar who engage in the practice of law in the state - and considers the Statement of Charges and all relevant information to determine if an attorney has committed professional misconduct.
