Paley Rothman is pleased to announce that Emily Whelden has joined its Estate Planning and Estate & Trust Administration practice groups as Associate.
Emily advises individuals, families, and small business owners on their estate planning needs, with a particular emphasis on planning for complex medical decisions. Prior to joining the firm, Emily was the Principle attorney at her own firm. There, she focused her practice on providing fiduciary services to people with diminished capacity.
Emily has a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a B.A. from American University, School of Public Affairs.
