Paula Calimafde Provides Commentary in Plan Adviser article on Professional Services Firms

Paula Calimafde, Retirement Plans Chair

Paula Calimafde provides commentary in Plan Adviser article, “Working With Professional Services Firms,” by Lee Barney (November/December 2016). The article addresses how the objectives of executives differs from other employees.

“Many of these professionals will receive no funds for retirement other than what they inside a retirement plan. As a general rule, professionals will not have stock options, non-qualified deferred compensation plans or even be able to sell their business when they choose to retire, so the plan is critical to their retirement security.”

The full article, “Working With Professional Services Firms,” can be found on the Plan Adviser website.

Paula is Chair of the firm’s Retirement Plans and Employee Benefits practice groups.
