Trish Weaver Speaks at Montgomery County Countinuing Legal Education Seminar

Trish Weaver, who chairs the firm’s Appellate Practice group, was among the speakers at an April 19 Montgomery County Continuing Legal Education seminar on the procedures and practices for obtaining emergency relief in state and federal courts.
Trish spoke on preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders at the event sponsored by the Bar Association of Montgomery County’s Commercial Litigation Section. The majority of attendees were civil litigators, employment lawyers and business attorneys plus anyone whose practice touches on - or can be affected by - these forms of relief.
