This webinar provides an overview of the DOL’s newly released overtime rules and recommendations for businesses on what steps they need to take before the rules go into effect in December 2016. The rules may seem simple, however implementation is anything but.
Hope Eastman, Jim Hammerschmidt and Jessica Summers give an overview of the Department of Labor's new overtime regulations (issued May 2016) and what this means for employers. Hope and Jim are Co-Chairs of the firm's Employment Law practice group, and Jessie is an Associate in the department.
