We’ve Got Chicken Soup for You: How to Comply with Maryland’s New Sick & Safe Leave Law

Effective February 11, 2018 – Maryland employers must provide employees with sick and safe leave in compliance with Maryland’s new Healthy Working Families Act.

Maryland will be come just the ninth to require employers to provide sick & safe leave.
