Roy Niedermayer participated in a webinar as part of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) on April 16, 2020.

The webinar discussed contract provisions, Maryland Commercial Law, Section 2-615, and Maryland common law doctrines of impossibility, impartibility and frustration which excuse, discharge or suspend a party’s performance. It also included insurance coverage issues related to these topics.

Roy Niedermayer is a Principal in the firm's Litigation, Appellate Practice, and Government Contracts practice groups.
