Scott Mirsky, Employment Law Principal, appeared on WTTG News at 10 on July 13, 2020 and shared insight on the legalities of employers mandating COVID-19 testing in Prince George’s County, Maryland. "It certainly is legal,” Mirsky said. “The EEOC issued some guidance that says that COVID-19 testing is permissible due to the pandemic and the possibility of exposure in the workplace."
