Paley Rothman Welcomes Scott Mirsky and Hayes Edwards to Employment Law and Litigation Practices

Paley Rothman is pleased to announce that Scott Mirsky and Hayes Edwards have joined its Employment Law and Litigation practice groups as Principal and Associate, respectively.

Scott has over 20 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in diverse civil matters throughout the Washington, DC region. Scott also represents numerous language services companies in issues arising out of the independent contractor relationship.

Hayes' work ranges from disputes over business and employment relationships to real estate, construction, and probate cases. His clients include real estate developers, consulting firms, contractors, and businesses in the transportation and hospitality industries, among others. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state & federal cases, administrative hearings, arbitrations, and mediation, Hayes is able to understand disputes from multiple perspectives and adapt his style to fit the situation.
