Scott Mirsky Provided Commentary for Law360 Article on the Latest Vaccine Guidance Issued by the EEOC

Scott Mirsky, Principal

Scott Mirsky provided commentary for an article titled: “EEOC Blesses Vaccine Incentives, But Gray Areas Remain,” by Anne Cullen, published on Law360.com on May 28, 2021.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's latest vaccine guidance allows employers to reward employees who choose to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Despite the EEOC’s new guidance, lawyers say they still lack agency direction on some key areas surrounding vaccine incentives.

Employment Law attorney, Scott Mirsky, told Law360, "Many of our clients are offering gift cards to employees who receive the vaccine now we know that this is permissible."
