Glenn is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Family Law practice groups. Art’s presentation, “Why the Standard Arbitration Clause Doesn’t Work and What To Do About It,” examined how costs and outcomes of arbitration may be influenced by customizing the standard arbitration provision most often found in contracts.
