Michelle, who is a member of the firm's Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration, Tax and Corporate practice groups, presented on the potential pitfalls of trying to handle estate planning matters yourself. Topics included putting a child on your bank account, putting a child on title to your real estate, what happens when you strike through certain items of your will, and other common mistakes.
